 Normal feelings for many guys dude. If you want to look it up on google or on this site- its often referred to as "retroactive jealousy".
You're not over-sensitive, but you do need to mull over whether this is a deal-breaker for you or not with this girl. Some guys can get over their partners past, some can't... but you should definitely try by looking up strategies for dealing with your emotions before chucking in the towel.
