It's quite embarrassing, sometimes I think other peopel might be able to smell it. What could it be??? I am sexually active but was tested for STD's with last partner and given all clear. I have had sex since though.

I had an itch burn and a lot of smelly vaginal discharge and ordered femanol online check It out!! It Is a natural supplemebt and It stopped the excessive discharge. But my urine still stinks offensively i wish i hadnt had sex! These situations suck! :) i am going to the gyno tomorrow again since there stil Is something smelly although without a discharge.. Maybe a drop which doesnt stain the underwear.. And what Is also disgusting Is that i sweat downthere too which brings out the odor even more. So now i bought rephresh gel which Is supposed to balance the ph. I ate lots of yogurt and dipped a tampon Into a yogurt Too then to the vagina.(in case i still had that milky thick white cottage cheese liquid) well i have tried everything and seems like for the smell i have to take antibiotics and while doing that eat lots of yogurt to introduce good bacteria in the body. Which Is the best for any of these infections? I heard ornisid fort Is a good stromg one? Help me out with this smell please??:( i was populer and now my social life Is ruined with insecurities and odor :(((

BV is NOT contracted sexually, so don't let anyone tell you different. However, it is more likely to occur in a sexually active woman, because male secretions are alkaline, and cause an imbalance in the microfauna of the vagina. The smell is caused by a buildup of bacteria in the vagina, which oxydise when they are discharged. Do not wash your vagina more than once a day (this makes it worse) and do not use soap or vaginal deoderants, as these will aggravate.Your doctor or GUM clinic can prescribe an antibiotic gell which will clear it up.

Hey bbe, if you are clear from STIs then it is most likely gonna be a yeast infection. Just see your GP and he will give you some medicine, probly cream, and it should clear up soon.
I hope i helped,
Mail me if you would like to talk x

It could be BV, Tric or yeast. BV is just a bacterial infection that smells fishy. Tric; however, is usually sexually transmited and also smells fishy. Yeast smells more like beer or uncooked bread and usually itches and looks like cottage cheese, but not always. I'd say it's probably Tric or BV and both can be treated with antibiotics, but if not treated, both can cause PID, which can cause infertility ... and so on. I highly recommend that you go see a gynocologist soon, before this becomes a much bigger problem! Oh! And all three of these conditions can be passed on to your sexual partner\partners. It would be very wise to avoid sexual activity until you've been treated. Good luck.

Look for vaginal candida yeast infection in Google and see if you have the symptoms. You can cure this with a cream. They sell it over the counter at Walgreen's and they will carry various brands like: Monistat 7 or Ginelotrimin. I always go for the "Walgreens" brand to save a few bucks. You can spread this to your partner if you are having unprotected sex (or even if you are using protection maybe) So you should abstain from sexual activity while you are on the treatment. If he is not treated for this also (I wouldn't know how) he might get you infected again once you are cured. Sugars, beer and simple carbohidrates make this candida yeast grow faster. Also a wet and warm environment so you should also abstain from tight pants. Anyway I'm not a doctor and remember this could be your problem but it might be some other thing as well so I suggest going to your doctor. You should not take this symptoms lightly.

Let's hope your having protected sex. You could have a bacterial or yeast infection. Here in the states they have a product called monostat for a yeast infection. Ask your pharmacist what is available over the counter for a bacterial or yeast infection. They should be able to help you. A family planning clinic shouldn't cost you anything as well, and they will provide provide you with something for the infection.
