Okay aunts the problem is I'm scared that I might have an std, but I'm a virgin and haven't had any sexual contact with anybody so I dont think that's possible..The thing is I have a few pimples on my anus and some on my pubs and my butt, those ones hurt, I thought they were just ingrown hairs but I dont know. I'm worried that I have herpes. I don't know if it's true. Also I have a bad acne problem, do you think that could be the reason why I have these pimples in all these different places??Thanks

You know I just remembered that white cotton briefs are best to wear. It helps to promote dryness and less chance of allergic reactions. Loose fitting boxers or boxers briefs also allow air to keep the area more dry. Sometimes sweat alone can cause erruptions.
Ask Mom to be sure to use some sort of mild bleaching agent, unless you are allergic to that. It will also help to keep the condition from getting worse due to any bacteria which may be lurking in the cloth of your undergarmets. I know that Doctors sometimes refer you to the use of Gain washing powders as it will usually deter the breaking out that is sometimes caused due to allergic reactions. Safeguard soap has also been a long time favorite for fighting breakouts of acne. Dial is also considered of a great help in the same.

They could be caused by some type of sebacious cysts. Ingrown hairs can cuase problems in these areas as well. You also have to be concious of the fact that staph infections are pretty well accessible also. Stapy CAN set up in the hair follicles of the body and cause havoc. The infections can run deep beneath the layers of the skin and become potentially dangerous.
Be sure to keep youself as clean and dry as possible. Use anti-bacterial soaps or cleansers. It's also possible to help the condidion by using something like Phisoderm, Clearasil cream and Medicated powders which can help to not only deter the condition but they can acutally help dry up and clear the breakouts. If there are tender or sore to the touch you could use something like Neosporin to the cleansed and dry area, to help fight infections. Using a small bandaid on the area where permited with the Neosporin on the breakout should help also to clear it up.
It the problem persists or worsens, you should consult a doctor immediately as staph infections can be hard to treat and if left untreated can lead to serious problems even death.
In case you have been exposed to any fluids from anothers genatalia ,it is possible to have contracted something like genetial herpes, or warts. If you think that it's only pimple like sore sand you haven't had any contact of the body fluids mentioned then the other things aren't very likely.
Remember that at your age your hormones are flourishing. You are getting hair all over, and the body is producing alot of oils. This can contribute to the pores becomming clogged, reddened , tender, swollen, or infected.
I hope this helps.
God bless,

It is most likely just acne. You should have your parents set up a dermatology appointment for you. If your acne all over your body is bad, then you should be seeing a doctor for treatment just for your own comfort. A dermatologist will be able to prescribe you either medication or a topical ointment safe for use around your genitals. And they will better be able to tell what type of skin lesion it is and determine if it is an STD or not.
In the meantime, you want to stay CLEAN down there. Shower after gym, and make sure you use a clean towel. You might also want to shower every night before bed, and use a non-scented lotion like Eucerine to help keep your skin from drying out, since that produces excess oils.
Good luck, but please see a dermatologist.
