He told me about a party he went and asked me what I would do on Halloween. Then the conversation ended. It's all we talked about all day.I'm really confused. We had some body contact. Is he interested in me? I've made the first move. What should I do next? Do I start a conversation every time? Reply to this Question Share |

@anon reader. Don't grumble, anon. Women DO approach men. Maybe not as often as they could / should / you would like them to, but in our times the sight of a woman taking the first step is in no way like an albino tiger - rare and exceptional - as you make it sound.
You know what's the problem, anon ?... I don't know about you, maybe you ARE just an unlucky social butterfly... but generally the problem we see at Dear Cupid is, that the kind of guy who complains that women do not approach guys first, is also the kind of guy who does not put himself out there and mingles , socializes and circulates with a smile on his face ; he's the type of guy who stays home glued to his PC lamenting that women NEVER take the initiative. They won't beat a path to your living room - or bedroom, that's for sure , if they don't know where it is , and that contains a single guy to begin with !
