I've liked her for 3 years. Should I tell her of my feelings? Or back off?

I like this girl in college..She was dating a guy for 4 years..I have known her for the last 3 years..Recently they broke up and she started dating another guy..Should i go and tell her my feelings or should i like a gentle man back off and let them live happily??

I have a feeling that if you don't tell her you like her you're going to wait around for her, which is a wast of time. So tell her how you feel, if she's into you she'll break it off with the other guy. If she's into the other guy, you know where you stand and you can finally move on.

Her relationship hasn't had much time to develop into something substantial yet. So make a move or let her go.
