Could it be because I haven't exercised in about a month?? Before that I exercised regularly and didn't have that problem. I'm gonna start again to see what happens, but I don't know..I don't have any other symptoms. I think I also might be a hypochondriac if that has anything to do with it. ..Hi there, I would agree with Sirena, go to the doctor now, even before you start exercising again. It could be stress but you don't know. Go and find out what is causing you to not be able to breathe as you should. Make an appointment now if you haven't already done so. If it happens again before you get to the doctor, try breathing into an almost closed paper bag to see if that helps short term. Take care

Anytime you have symptoms, you should see a doctor.
You're probably okay but with your health you MUST NOT take chances. If there's something wrong then it's important they catch it in time to fix it.
I sense that you might be depressed or have some underlying anxiety; have you talked to someone about this? I would discuss these feelings with the dr. because they sometimes have a medical cause.
Go see the dr., you'll feel better. Hope this helps...
