i was going to suggest you give him a peach to suck on lol but i was joking. You need to talk to him honestly about this subject and tell him the things you like and dislike. If he touches you in places you like then tell him that you love that and so on. Foreplay is also important, it takes woman alot longer to get going than men. Good luck!

Buy him a good book on female sexuality and make him read it. He probably has NO CLUE how to get you there. Tell him it's required homework reading for the next time he wants to go out with you, and you expect him to be ready to pass the practical exams with flying colors!
Women should have the right to expect that a considerate man will take care of her needs BEFORE he gets his needs met. It doesn't happen all that often, but if you can train this guy to be a gentleman about it you'll be doing yourself (and maybe some other woman, if the two of you should happen to break up in the future) a BIG favor by making sure he understands this aspect of how the eternal dance OUGHT to go.
