 Why do people always start at the ending and work back to the appropriate beginning? The honorable choice would have been to resist cheating until you were no longer involved with your boyfriend. You didn't do that and it 's too late to change it. The next best thing will be to break up with him now instead of carrying on behind his back. You will look bad, and you that's your burden to carry. Just try to have more integrity in the future.

But you owe it to your boyfriend to tell him you want out of the relationship, rather than sneaking around behind his back. He'll be alot less hurt in the long run if you break it off now, and he doesn't have to know about the affair. I wish you the best.
