writes: Dear Cupid,I need some advice. I think this happens to everyone but I'm not sure how others go about it. There is a beautiful lady that I see almost every day at a local coffee shop. I've gotten to where we say hi and wave. She smiles when she sees me. That's all, though. I don't know how to make the next step. I just want to talk with her and learn more about her. I don't know if I should be so upfront in asking her number when I see her again or something like that. I'm not really used to meeting ladies this way. I'm sorry if this type of question has been asked before. Thank you all for your help in advance.Interested but shy.

Definetly, make a move. I am in the same boat. I am a female who has had a crush on this railway worker who I see at the coffee shop. We wave, say Good Morning but it never goes further. I would love it if he talked to me.

Yep, you need to get her talking. First you have to find out if she is available. Then ask her to join you for coffee somewhere and talk some more. You may be on the verge of finding the love of your life or maybe just a new friend but either way it's a win win situation. Good Luck Buddy!

It's not an easy thing, is it... Okay, so a good palce to start would just to get her talking. The next few times you see her, try to get her to take your order and ask her how her day was etc. just to get her talking about herself - showing intrest.
If you keep showing intrest then she'll realise she means something to you. Then you can try asking for her number or asking if she'd like to go with you somewhere... sound like a plan?
No worries, and try to be casual!
