The morning after pill messes around with your cycle for the first couple of months. I'm pretty sure that you are not pregnant, especially as you don't mention experiencing any of the symptoms of pregnancy; but the morning after pill is only 85% effective so you might want to do a pregnancy test just to make sure. Either pop into the chemist and buy one over the counter or go to your nearest family planning clinic who will do the test for free. The can also offer advice on what to do if you are pregnant, talking through all of the options carefully so that you don't feel so out of your depth if you are pregnant.

Stressing about your period not coming is a sure way to make sure it won't come!!

Skeez agony auntWhen i took the morning after pill, my period only lasted a day and it was very very light too.

If you have had a period even if it was very short, there is no possible way you could be pregnant. But if it still worries you then get yourself to your GP and tellhim what has happened.

Emmy-Lou agony auntObviously the first thing you need to do is take a pregnancy test, but you also have to remember that if you have been under any kind of stress recently this may have slowed your period and it may come a bit later than usual.

If you are pregnant there are many routes you can take.

If you decide to keep it and feel financially and emotionally stable then that is good.

But there is also the option of abortion. Don't worry too much about it. There is always a solution to this problem.

Hope this helps and good luck.
