Use your finger first to make sure she is wet. You can also stretch her out a little this way. Then, before trying to penetrate her, make sure you lubricate yourself quite thoroughly. You can also lube her entrance a bit.
When are you losing your erection? After you are inside her? Or while trying to get inside her? It's possible that if she is very tight and you can't get it, you might lose your erection because it hurts, because it's not enough stimulation, it's frustrating, etc.

You probably just got nervous. Or had too much to drink. If she loves you too, or is a worthwhile person in any way, she'll help you through this. If that was a deal-breaker for her, then dump her -- she's not worth it. Next time, lay off the booze and use lots of lube.

 You only lost your erection everytime you tried to have sexual intercourse with her, I guess this is because you are nervous about your first time and this is why you are losing it. You need to try and stay calm and relaxed and just go with it. Also if it is hurting her then I suggest that you both use a lubricant. It shouldnt be normal for it to hurt her even if she has a small vagina therefore ensure that she is really wet before you try to penetrate her.
