One German young guy suddenely asked me to look his eyes then without any permission or sign --kissed me...I was so shocked and couldn't believe what happened and hurt.I left this pub.Next day, when I walked down in town, I met him by chance. He said "hi" as if there was nothing happened, and then again huged and kissed my lips!!!!He behaved as if he is my boyfriend and asked me to have relationship...Is this usually in Germany??  I have no idea if that's how things are done in Germany but I'd doubt it. This guy may try this kind of thing with unsuspecting girls.
Ultimately what matters is how you felt about it. It sounds like you were put off. If someone does that again let them know that it wasn't most definitely not appreciated.
