Is this scar tissue after having a baby?

Hi! I've had my first baby 5 weeks ago and I noticed that there is something inside my vagina blocking the entrance and it looks like scar tissue or something. I tried looking this up online and found nothing. What could it be? Can I still have sex? My vagina whole is not completely blocked because I'm still discharging yellow mucus like discharge. I'm in no pain and I don't feel it, I can just see it right at the whole. I can only feel it alittle when I shower. Is there something terribly wrong with me? Please help! I go see the doctor next week for my 6 week check up but I can't wait a week in worry and distress. Thank You

See the doctor ASAP. It could very easily be a sexually

transmitted disease.
