Some months it will be the 13th or the 29th or the 5th. And the even weirder thing it that if I am off, my mom and sister are off 2!!! Is this normal or unhealthy??? I would think that it would be fine because I have had it for 3 years. Should I be worried???

Anything from 26-45 days is normal, but irregular isn't usually good. You're still very young though, so I wouldn't be incredibly worried. Make sure you keep writing things down and keeping track of how long your cycles are. If things don't settle down in a year or two you may want to go to a doctor to check for hormone imbalances.

Go take a medical exam, it might be something wrong with your hormones.

It could take another couple of years before you get your period more regularly. I would write down the dates when you get your period and see if there is a pattern. Although a normal cycle is around 28 days, for some people it can range from around 21 days to 40 days.
The dates when you get your period are always going to be different. Lets say you have a 28 day cycle and one month you get it on the 1st but the month has 31 days, it would mean that the next period would be due on the 29th and then again on the 21st the next month...
I was around 10 when I first got my period and it did take around 3 years for it to settle down with me and for some people it can take longer.
I'm not 100% sure if it's true but I read somewhere that sometimes if you spend a lot of time with someone you will start getting your period at the same time as them.
