I did what the medication's webpage told me to do (im on ortho-trycyclin lo) and threw out hte pack and started the next one. Well I'm bleeding now but I'm not sure if its withdrawl bleeding (i.e. my period) from missing those days, or 'spotting' from screwing with my hormones. It's very light, brown/brownish red, just heavy enough that I have to wear a tampon/pad, and it's still going after about 4 days. It's not a *huge* concern, since either way there is nothing really I can do about it. I am just concerned because I'm not sure whats happening with my body. So what do you think? Period or Spotting?

well try and remember when you had your last period.if it was roughly 28 days ago there's a strong chance it will be your period.if it isn't maybe the best thing is to see if the bleeding stops and try the pill once you've stopped and if it stops having effect or the bleeding is prolonged then maybe go to see a specialist or your doctor.hope i helped :)xxxx
