I'm on the pill, but i did forget one during the beginning of the month. Is this normal or something serious i should talk to a doctor about?

I think you should see a doctor. Missing a pill early on just once is not likely to allow a pregnancy. Also not sure what type of BC pills you are on. This could be a urinary tract infection as well. Better see a doctor to be sure.

It is normal. I get those pains sometimes if I forget a pill. Just remember that if you forget a pill, take it right away when you remember. And if you forget two or more in a pack, I would use an extra form of protection just to be safe.

YES this is completely normal.. when i was a teen i used to forget to take my birth control pill and usually a few weeks before i was suppose to get my period i would get HORRIBLE pains all down my back and in my abdomen almost to the point i wouldn't be able to walk
i asked the doctor why and she told me it was because i was missing birth control pills
take your missed pill ASAP when you notice you forgot to take it
