Sore boobs are a symptom of the pill. You definitely feel pregnant at times. Sometimes it even sets off that thing in your mind telling you are pregnant (I swear it's like a sense). You're not pregnant though. That's how the pill works, by making you think you're pregnant.

If you're that worried, I would see a doctor. You could be pregnant, but it's highly, HIGHLY unlikely. But yeah, just go talk to your doctor.

You wouldn't visually be able to tell if you're pregnant. If you're on your period now, you're not pregnant. If you're on the pill and you've been good about taking it, you're not pregnant. Stop psyching yourself out. The pill is extremely effective. You're not pregnant.

Are your nipples darker? Are you feeling sick? Are your breasts tender? Have your eating habits changed? Have you been feeling more tired than usual? Have you had any headaches recently? If no, than you're probably not pregnant. And even if you answered yes to all, I would see a doctor and ask them to do some tests.
It may just be hormone changes. When I start my menstrual cycle, my breasts get slightly larger and my stomach a little smaller. You never know.
