Life is so unfair. Why don't men have 'f me' belt buckles or something? Oh wait, we always want to f.. hahaha

Nope have never heard that theory. Made me giggle. What if a women is wearing nothing, does that mean she doesn't want sex? Or if she is miss matching?

Lots of women prefer the feel of nice undies against their skin and their underwear choices are made for that reason ... I always wear black because it is easier to launder and keep clean, its black regardless if I am cleaning the bathroom or going out for lunch :-), bras I am more old fashioned and chose depending on style of clothing going over the top of them.

When I am ready to have sex, I dress up very sexy and usually do not wear underwear or a bra underneath my clothes.

I think this theory is actually quite funny, but naive and kind of sexist because it assumes women only wear matching lingerie for the benefit of a date.
I wear whatever is clean and the bra type that is most practical for me only comes in black, so I will often have mismatched underwear because I have different coloured underwear, but the bras are still always black.
Whilst people (men and women) do often dress up to impress a date, they often dress up mostly for themselves.

Nope definitely not true in my opinion. 90% of my underwear is black and I always make sure it matches, yet I've not had sex in about 18 months. To me it's similar to wearing odd socks. Even if no-one would see them underneath my boots, it's still weird to me to not keep things matching. Maybe it's my mild OCD coming out!
Oh and my Mum has an amusing fear of having to go to hospital unexpectedly and being seen by the doctors/nurses in non-matching underwear! So there's another reason to add to your list!

Nope. No truth to it as far as I know.
Now SOME women have "date lingerie" in case the dates ends up in a bed, but wearing a matching set doesn't mean (no matter the color) that they are looking for sex.
I like black underwear because it doesn't get as dingy as white or tan colored fabric does over time.
Sometimes wearing a matching set is on purpose, sometimes it's utterly random.
And I'd say 9 out of 10 women ( in the 30+ age group) wear nice lingerie sets under their clothes for THEIR own benefit - not for a guy.

When most women wear matching bra and knickers it is because (a) they like the smart and together look of matching sets, and (b) the underwear suits the outer clothes they are wearing.
I wear matching black underwear most of the time and have never worn it solely because I have wanted sex.
I imagine that there are some women who wear scruffy underwear most of the time, but wear something a bit sexier when they want to impress their partner. So, perhaps these are the women you are referring to.
