This really does also depend on what you are now eating compared to when you lost the weight,.
If you are going back to normal every day products such as bread and pasta or rice they can give you a bloated feeling. It could be the wheat reaction.
Do you ever have problems with bad stomach pain associated after eating as some people can't eat certain things. IBS which is actually irritable bowel syndrome can bloat out your stomach but if you eat something too acidic it can also send you straight to the toilet and you can either feel constipated or have diarrhoea so is there any history of that in your family as that can be caused from stress or heriditary.
Yes I do also agree with MissKin about the fact that your stomach may have shrunk and now you are over expanding your stomach by returning to a normal diet.
The best thing though is to drink plenty of water and flush out your system. Do you drink much at all?
When someone loses weight they are very conscious of their appearance and this may be why you are noticing more now.
Do have some regular exercise and eat a healthy and balanced diet as you need to know what you can and can't eat and what affects your weight and what doesn't.
Balancing protein, carbs if you exercise and plenty of fruit and veg is imperative for a healthy diet.
Riding a bike or swimming and walking are all considered good general exercise so make sure you do some of that alongside your new eating plan.

U cud be gaining weight. it could be due to the weight you lost 'quickly' and it depends how you lost this weight - healthily, or unhealthily? Did you exercise and diet? Or starve and do nothing?
It could just be that your stomach has shrunk and you are over eating. or that you are losing weight. I'm sure it's really nothing to worry about. it's probably because you've lost weight that you actually notice the change in size that your stomach causes to your belly when you eat. If you're really worried, just see your gp :)
