Everytime though she always seems to break up with her bf's, this is where it gets complicated. She always looks for comfort from me, mainly sex. this has in the past put me into a few sticky situations where my new fiancee has nearly caught us together. How can i tell my friend that this must stop?

Well, obviously there are f%%% buddies b/c you are allowing it. Don't allow such casual sex at the risk of screwing up a perfectly good relationship. And, it's not fair to sleep with this girl and then sleep with your girlfriend....ever considered you may not be her only f%%% buddy? Ew...gross and dangerous. Std's/Aids....that's enough for me to stay monogamous.
Now, do the right thing and stop having sex with this girl.

Well, for starters, you can stop having sex with her. You have some self-control and if you're engaged to be married, well you REALLY have to use that self-control. You just need to tell your little friend that you are getting married, you (in theory) love your fiancé, and that you can't see her anymore.
Be straightforward with her.
And then go and have hot sex with your FIANCÉ.
