If you didn't feel any sensation at all, and even if you masturbate with your hands or vibrators and you don't feel anything then you could think about seeing a doctor about the lack of sensation. It could simply be you're not as sensitive as you think you should be and need heavier stimulation than oral?
If you're really concerned you should ring up your doctor for advice. which i know can seem embarassing but all doctors will be understanding and ready to give you help and advice.
