So, I have tried to also suppress the feeling because I can't stay on the toilet all day, but then urine seeps from the vagina and I end up having to run back to the toilet. So, after sex 99% of the time, I have to sit on the toilet for ages, even though only small urine amounts pass and I sit doing nothing for ages but don't move in fear of it seeping because I still get the feeling that I need to urinate. I wondered if there was any explanation?** I have already tried talking to my G.P, he thought it was a water infection once and I was treated for it being a water infection. I have also been tested for all STI's which came back negative. I have also tried to urinate before and after I have sex, but that didn't work. **

It's good to pee after sex. It gets rid of any bacteria that may cause a urinary tract infection.
However, pee does not come out of your vagina. Any dripping from your vagina is from your body being turned on and from having sex. As So Very Confused explained, no amount of peeing gets rid of this. It's just something us women deal with. I usually stay naked for a while after sex so that I don't get it on my clothes. It goes on the sheets, which get washed anyway. But a pantyliner would work for this, too. You don't need to sit on the toilet for ages.

peeing before and after sex is a good thing even if it's only a small amount.
after sex put on a panty liner because URINE is NOT seeping out of your vagina... that is sexual body fluids... no amount of peeing will stop that...

If your tests for Urinary Tract Infections come back negative, then I would suspect there are nerves that are being stimulated, giving you the urge to pee. It is common for women to feel that urge to go after orgasm, because the nerve bundle called the Gspot sometimes gives you the same feeling to urinate.
There is also the urge to pee for women who are able to have a female ejaculation. It is not urine or seminal fluid, it is your own fluid release from a gland near the urinary tract opening.
Your bladder can contract and cause that urge too. At your young age, you should not be leaking urine. I would ask your GP if might have an issue with incontinence. (The inability to hold urine in).
One thing you can do to help strengthen the pelvic floor, the "hammock" of muscles that help hold the bladder and urine sphincters is to do Kegal exercises. You will feel your Kegel muscles when you try to stop your urine flow.
Try to draw up/in your Kegels and hold for 2 seconds, rest for 2 and keep going for about 30 repetions. Once you have mastered that feeling of stopping your urine flow, you can do Kegels at any time of day and no one will know!
Just like any excercise, it takes time to see any improovement.

It's possible your G-spot is being hit a lot during sex, which in some women causes a really intense feeling of needing to urinate. Try a different position that would position him in a way that his penis doesn't hit the front wall of your vagina and see if that helps.
