I am a 'senior' adult and my wife has nursed 4 kids over the years... Long story short - - breastmilk is the most reassuring and satisfying meal I have ever had.. it helps my autoimmune conditions and gives me a real sense of well being.. More research must be done to see if this is more than emotionally fulfilling.. it really works on many levels for me..it is not sexual... it is medicinal

When my wife was nursing our kids, sometimes her breasts would become engorged and the little hand-held pump couldn't relieve her discomfort. I volunteered to help, and at first she felt guilty about it (taking milk away from the kids?), but then she relaxed and I'd drink from her. Let me tell you, breast milk is warm and sweet, nothing at all like the puke we feed the babies in formula. Whatever the 'formula' is, it's a wonder that any baby takes a bottle! I dare anyone reading this, to drink a teaspoon of formula! You'll gag! The babies don't know better so they accept it. Please nurse your kids! They deserve the best drink on earth (and it's not Snapple!)

Pebbles, I am a nurse practitioner, and I assure you that induced lactation without being prgnant is a very real thing. It does take a LOT of work and a LOT of time, and probably some lifestyle changes, but it is certainly possible. Read about wet nurses, and about induced lactation, they are pretty good at explaining the general idea of induced lactation.
and as for this anonymous person;
"Its not likely that you did. Women who have been pregnant before have an easier time of inducing it without being pregnant or nursing, but you have to do some pretty drastic things to lactate otherwise."
Women who have been pregnant before do NOT necessarily have an easier time inducing lactation. In fact, it may be just as easy for a woman who has never been pregnant to induce lactation as it is for a women who has beared a child. You are correct in saying that it does take much work, and dedication to achieve induced lactation, but it IS possible!
As for the girl who posted this question, I would have to say that it is a possibility that you did lactate, but not likely. You have to stick to a rigorus schedule to produce milk. It all depends on how often he did it and for how long at each interval. Also don't rush having kids! They are a blessing, but in today's economy it is extremely difficult financially! So make sure you are financially stable so you can enjoy time with your child instead of working all hours just trying to support him/her!

It is sweet in flavor, and so long as you watch your diet, or if your boyfriend notices it tastes odd one day, make sure you take whatever you ate that day that was different out of your diet.
LOTS of water....that helps you to produce as well. Tons of fluids so that your body isn't internally "dry".

Adult nursing relationship.My husband and I are engaged in one. He nurses several times a day.It is an amazingly phenomenal thing. We are so close, and having him nurse off of me is a connection that I cannot explain. And we have been together almost 13 years.You can lactate without being pregnant. It takes work most of the time. If you already had hormone issues, then it might be easy. If this is something you want to go forward with and don't want to take hormones, the herb Fenugreek (you can purchase online) is great to help with lactation. Also oatmeal. Eat it every day, the oats are good for inducing lactation. And I suggest investing in a small manual breast pump. This way in between his sucklings you can pump and help your breasts get used to the suckling and your mammories will be more likely to be responsive to producing milk.Good luck!! [personal email address removed per site guidelines]. It can happen. It takes diligence, but I am telling you from first hand experience, how wonderful it truly is! I love to nurse my husband.

It's full of anitbodies and every kind of nutrient you can imagine for a healthy baby (who really don't care how bad it tastes), but yeah I got curious once in the middle of the night while feeding my son some milk that I had expressed and let me just say I won't be doing that again. And I was eating fantastically at the time because I was expressing milk.

If all you had to do was give them a bit of stimulation then we'd all be drowning in breast milk wouldn't we? How many women do you think wear lace bras? A lot is my guess but we're not all leaking all over the place.
It's nature. It happens when it's meant to. I'm sure there are allsorts of weird drugs you can take but really, would you want to do that just to full fill a fetish?

There are whole websites and forums devoted to this, just google "lactation fetish" or whatever and you'll get tons of info. As long as you're game for it, and you aren't hurting yourself.
Good luck.
