I get the feeling that you're not worried about it, not like worried that she might cheat. I get the feeling that it bothers you because you are not used to seeing this side of your wife. Maybe you've never seen it.
If thats the case then talk to her about it. Maybe it was an occasional thing or maybe she feels like that a lot. maybe the other women she was with just brought it out in her even though its not characteristic of her. Who knows? But it doesnt need to be a sticking point if you dont want it to be one.

We all had a fun time and it wasn't like the guy or her were stalking each other, it was just more of spur of the moment kind of thing. I didn't take it as disrespectful, it wasn't like she was mocking me with it, just having fun. We don't have an open marriage by definition, but we don't hold each other back either if that makes sense. Meaning we have fun within limits, I know she loves ME and vice versa. We are both very secure in our feelings for each other.
This was probably the wildest I have ever seen her. I think it is spurred on by a close friend of hers, which they both ignite each other when out. Funny thing is away from each other they are uber conservative when it comes to public activity and openess.
I think the thing that made me second guess is not even the look she gave him as I believe she was posing for the pic, but rather the fact that she took it so deep in her throat.  It sounds to me more like they just had a little too much to drink and were being rowdy. That said, it sounds pretty disrespectful to get on her knees and mime a blowjob with someone else. I don't think it means she's going to cheat or do something like that, it just seems disrespectful. Same with the poking fun at the taxi driver. Kind of like something the single girls would do while out, but that a) shouldn't be done in front of husbands and b) probably should just be avoided period when married. I would let it go for now, guys seems to act just as rowdy towards women on guys' nights out. However, if it happens again you should just tell her how it made you feel.
