 as has been said by others, there is no set rule. it is about what feels right between the two of you. you shouldn't plan it, when it feels right for both of you it will happen. communication is important in nay relationship, the fact you guys have been friends is great because hopefully it will make it even better and easier to talk openly to each other. good luck!

 generally i tell people an amount of time rather then a number of dates. since youv known her for awhile i would suggest dateing for about a mounth befor bringing it up, that way she wont think your just after sex.

 There is no such rule and you should just go with what feels right for both of you. If you are both very attracted to each other and cant keep your hands off each other then there is no problem with the two of you having sex (as long as you use protection!!).
I've heard that some girls wait until the 3rd date to have sex but this shouldnt be the golden rule for everyone, just make sure it feels right for both of you, dont push her into anything she doesnt want to do and you will be fine!

I have dated someone for 2 months before we had sex and also recently had a first date that ended in sex. This should be something that is up to the two of you. But I say if you are feeling her like that then you should communicate that with her! Good Luck!
