Well there might be a relation between social confidence and extroversion: people who have less social confidence may be perceived as not so extroverted. It takes a sense of social comfort to speak up and be extroverted, I guess.
Sex appeal and vanity is two different things to me. Sex appeal is a very loose term which, in it's essence, is similar to "power of attraction", but I wouldn't say that vanity has much to do with that. If you're vain you think that you look fabulous and never have any doubts about it. I think sex appeal is different from vanity.
