Dude use a condum then you will have double protection and the chances of her getting pregnant will be very very low and you will not have to worry

The pill works within 7 days of taking the pill. Ive been on it for 5 years myself and have been told that I could be sexually active after 7 days

The best way to know this is to ask your doctor. Mainly because it can depend on the pill you are taking. Your pharmacist might even know. I was taking the pill for about a month, maybe longer, before I started letting my boyfriend cum inside of me & I have not gotten pregnant. If you decide not to ask a healthcare professional I would recommend you use a back up method in the mean time.

Yes its possible she could get pregnant. I've heard different stories that depending on which pill you should be on it for anywhere from 1-3 months before you can consider it to be effective to its full extent. It's got to get into the system and stop ovulation...and 2 weeks just isn't enough time. For now I'd have some backup contraception like a condom...pulling out in this case is very unreliable since theres nothing else beyond it
