I think it is fine. You are both considered adults. By 21 most people have a clearer sense of themselves.

No. In fact there is a common rule of thumb which says that the optimal age difference at marriage is for the wife to be (husbands age / 2 ) + 7 which means that your age difference is just right.

No the age gap really has nothing to do with it as long as your both happy in the relationship.
Just dont rush into anything until you are both 100% sure and by you asking this question it shows your not sure.
Give the relationship time, get to know each other better and go with the flow.
