 You shouldnt be getting rude comments on this site because all answers posted are moderated first by the site moderators - so if you are unhappy with the answers you recieve then make a complaint to the site. The moderators are here to make sure that you only get useful comments so if you are getting bad ones then the moderators are not doing their jobs properly and you are well within your rights to complain!
With regards to your question, then I would say yes it does seem that he is interested. You havent given much else to go off apart from one comment, but from that comment it seems that he does like you. Generally guys dont spend their time talking to girls (online of face to face) unless they like the girl. Talking to girls is something that a guy will avoid unless he wants something from that girl; so it does sound like he could be wanting to get to know you better and to see where this can go!
Flirt back with him - when he says things like that he is really flirting with you and wants to see whether he will get a flirty comment back (this way he will be able to judge whether or not you are interested in him too).
Just enjoy flirting with him and talking to him and see where it goes, dont get your hopes up but dont be cold with him either - give off some signs that you like him too without being too obvious!
