 How long have you been together? She might just not feel comfortable with that. Or she could be insecure about it - whether you really enjoy doing that, or are just doing it because you feel obligated to. I don't think her mind is on anything else, I imagine she's just a bit nervous of what you're thinking about her. Just ask her about it, and emphasise that you do want to do it for her (providing you really do!).

 Have you been down on her before and did she seem to enjoy it? Some girls just don't like their guy down there. Try talking to her and finding out what she does like. If she just says "I dunno", try telling her what you like, and hopefully she'll respondgood luck
