Do you only talk on msn or do you go out together, and talk by phone?
If msn is your only means of communication, that's not very much, you know. Part of relationship (a large part actually) is going out and doing things together that are interesting and enjoyable, so that you have something to talk about. I myself have a friend in London (I'm on the East Coast here) and we video visit on Skype at least once a week, as well as chat by IM in the meantime. I visit London twice a year; was there in September for six weeks, and will be going again in April, probably in July as well as I have family there so we'll meet and go do things then.
There may be issues going on in her life she's very preoccupied with at present, OR it could be, sorry to say, that she is losing interest. AHA! I see you said "as of today" she's acting differently. This means its too soon to judge what's going on in her mind. You have asked her if anything is wrong and she's said no, so don't push it and ask again.
As I said, try to find topics of interest to you both to talk about: a book or movie you liked, a funny story or incident to tell her about and make her laugh. See how it goes.
Good luck!
