writes:This is just an update about the whole pregnancy question of mines I guess that was like 3 weeks ago.I don't know how to update my posts so I'm writing this as a new one.My girlfriend started puking the night after the day we made love and it continued till now and during her period she started puking blood and her and her mom went to the doctor and the doctor told her that it doesnt seem like she is on her period it seems like she was having a irregular bleeding but she said its her period and it lasted for 4 days(ended yesterday)but before that she had a blood that is so dark red that it almost seem to look like black blood and she asked her mom about it and her mom told her that the last time she had the same blood color was when she was pregnant with her and her mom said that she had it again when she was pregnant with her little brother. then today she thought that her period is already over but when she came home she had the same dark reddish blood color flowing down from her and she told her mom about it and her mom said that she is having an irregular and might be cause of being upset but we both doubt it cause her doctor said that she might be pregnant. my question is, is she pregnant or she is just sick? please any info would be great

 Puking blood means she is bleeding internally. Probably an ulcer in the duodenum that has let a blood vessel loose.
From what you describe, she should be in the hospital, not at school or even just at home.
Aside from the puking blood, the "period" you described almost sounds like a miscarriage. If she is having severe cramps (really contractions) then she would be in some pain, and it will be much more than just blood.
I actually hope this is a fake question, to be honest, otherwise her not being at a hospital is grounds for child abuse. If this is real, she needs emergency medical care.

reader, anonymous, writes (13 March 2009): i think this question is phoney. shes puking blood and all anyone can ask is 'is she pregnant'? yeah right. puking blood is not a sign of pregnancy its a sign of something seriously wrong and a doctor would know that. period blood can be very dark sometimes, depends on the person and its normal, me for example when i have my period the blood is always very dark for the first 2 days. the doc would know that too. and morning sickness does not start the day after for heavens sake. theres no way this question is for real.

Puking blood and the doctor just sends her home. Pukingblood is a life threatening event. Internal bleeding.I would not be worried about a possible unlikely pregnancybut why my girlfriend is bleeding out. Your post doesnot make sence.

 Ok, there are so many hokey things in this question. First off, when you DO get pregnant you do not start getting morning sickness the very day after conception. Second off, morning sickness does not cause you to vomit blood. Third off, if she went to the doctor and AS YOU STATE the doctor said she might be pregnant then why didnt the doctor do a pregnancy test?!?!?!?! If he had ANY suspician that she was pregnant then he would have done so rather then send her home to wonder and do a home test on her own!

reader, anonymous, writes (13 March 2009): She needs to take the home pregnancy test or do a blood test at the doctor's office. She is just going to have to wait until her first missed period. Nothing else that you can do. It could be irregular period and she could have a virus or she could be pregnant.
