writes: hi i started a job in october and i am 19 this year. a woman who works in the same office as me is about late 20's early 30's I think she's cute but left it at that.she always say "hi love" when i walk past her and we ask each other if everything is ok like normal. she speaks to me when she can etc. and its usually ends up with her laughing. today she needed to get something out of a colleagues locker but didn't know the num,ber and she got it straight away and then told me and laughed about it i found it a little weird. is she just flirting or is she actually interested? or am i just being stupid?thanks

she may be flirting and it may mean nothing... some people are just flirty and friendly...
IF you are interested (not that i think dating co-workers is a good idea) you could ask her for coffee or something....

Many women flirt with the new young guy and aren't really interested. Some others see you as the pretty puppy - he's so funny and small and furry and barky and adorable!!!!!
I don't think she's flirting.
Involvement with someone in your workplace is a bad idea.
Just go with the flow. I had similar experiences and the women in question wanted to get lunches out of me. So, don't assume anything.
