Find out for yaself, ask her or someone that knows her or if your a bit too shy to do this, ask a mate to do it. If she has, just be friends with her, if she hasnt, ask her if you can hang out sometime, go to the cinemas or out for a drink but you need to find out before you do anything else. If she's flirting with you, smile at her. You don't know if she does have a boyfriend and the last thing u want is to lead her on and get involved with her if she does. Good luck!!
