Well if you are looking for opinions, i would say in mine, yes, it is.
Any kinda of stuff like that going on is deceptive.
I certainly wouldn't be hanging around waiting for someone up to that kinda stuff to grow up.

reader, anonymous, writes (31 October 2007): i wouldnt say its cheating, as he hasnt actully kissed or had sex with another women, but i think you should talk to him about it, and just say to him that you dont feel comfortable with seeing other women on his phone and him haveing phone sex, if he doesnt except how you feel and goes mad at you than you need to think to your self and wonder is he really worth it? x x

The internet has opened channel up that allow every to do things that they would never do in real life, eg chat to complete strangers and act their fantasy, the control part is not to let that take over your life.
My thoughts are you ask him about the pics, there are millions of nude pics on the web and they all mean nothing.
ask him can you chat with them and see where it leads to, it could be fun
