We seem to be having a nice time together, and we both have already started to get a little attached to each other. The problem is of course that I will be going back to University in a couple of months, and she herself will be starting her first year of uni in September. We've talked about it, and I've told her that I wouldn't be interested in pursuing a long distance relationship. I've had one of those in the past, and it caused a lot of confusion and heartache. As much as our relationship will not last, I wonder if it is worth us maintaining it while we can, otherwise we could potentially miss out on what could easily be a nice time together. What do you think? Is this "short-term" relationship worth maintaining?

Either way you look at it, its still going to come to an end if your both not prepared to carry it on long distance.
I dont see why not, if you both relise that it will come to an end. Enjoy the time you have left together?
However, if you get to attached through these months, you could find letting go alot harder than if you did it now.
