Hugging her can make her uncomfortable. I have talked to her about this and we are fine. Just sometimes we all of a sudden hold hands. Is this an issue? School says no holding hands but I can't help it. I know I should stop but I dunno, any help? I'm 13 by the way.

Well as dumb as it may seem its very true he can tell you not to hug your girlfriend and its wrong to try and sneak it around him or other teachers.
In todays world with sexual harrasment hugging in some cases may not be consenual, one person may not like the hug, or they are being touched in a way they feel uncomfortable. Its todays world im afriad.
And i disagree with acuriousincident, he and the school can can do it and have been for a few years now, and keep doing it and you may get in more trouble than its worth.
School is around 6 hours a day you can wait til before and after school hours cant you

I'm sorry. It's not right, but according to school policies, the teacher is right. People have complained about hugging and making out in public within the school, and claim it made the uncomfortable.
Public affection in schools is no longer allowed, since it has a possibility of making someone else uncomfortable. It's not fair, but it is there.
