If he's "crazy" for you he might be getting caught up too, or it might just be sexual(and no, by asking you won't learn anything. Men are genetically programmed to tell you they love you, even if they want to scream otherwise).If I were you I'd start writing conversations down (and saving text messages) and start objectively looking for patterns. With some people it's what they don't say that's important. Also start asking Important Questions, like about his attitude towards money, raising kids and personal space/independence in a relationship. Don't think you can work your way past answers you don't like. Finally, if his family's dysfunctional you're headed for Poop Creek. Good Luck, I actually hope this is the real deal for you.
