I pretented to not see him dong it. In the end of the work out he said it was nice meeting you. And today on the third workout the personal trainer said "yes you can do it. You'll manage the workout today, think that you will work out 30 more years with me." He was smiling while he said this. He repeated what he said two times. I dont know why he said like that? Is he joking? Is he interested? Then in the end of the work out he stayed 15 minutes longer only to talk. He did almost all the talking. Then he asked me to give him a hug. He was smiling. He said next time you must be very sweaty after the work out. Next time you must be so sweaty that I dont want to hug you. Today you are not sweaty." Its strange that the personal trainer asks for a hug. I wonder if he is interested? I am a shy girl with no experience. If he is interested, how can I get to know him? and what subjects can I talk to him about? But the important question, is he interested? Thanks for answering my questions!

Imagine a grumpy ignorant personal trainer who spits when he speaks. Will you still hire him, after he screams at your ear to do more push ups?
Or would you hire a smiley, charming, good looking trainer who keeps making you doing sit ups until you can't laugh?
Personal trainers are mostly charming, since that's the only way they can keep their clients.
Don't fall for him, for your own sake.

Nope. He is being a personal trainer and doing his job.
Personal trainers are routinely enthusiastic, motivating, personable, and , when it's the case, quite flirty. Their clients know that it does not mean anything but they like it so the PT keeps doing it -it's , like, in their job description. Like hairstylists. I had one who was blatantly gay AND outrageously flirty with the ladies.
As for tickling his sensitive area, no, OP, he was not tickling anything, he was scratching his balls.
(Although, I don't see why , if he had really been looking at you and consequently touching his penis in public, you would chose to take it as a compliment , rather than as a gross show of disrespect ).

Nope, he is doing his job and he knows CHARM is what make the "ladies" come back for more (workouts, that is) And more workouts - more money.
Personal trainers aren't exactly shy people. They are outgoing and upbeat (at least when they are at work).
And the "adjustment" thing. It's a guy thing. Kind of like fixing your bra strap.

Your shyness and lack of experience will make you focus your feelings randomly and indiscriminately. He's the only man focusing any attention on you right now; but I assure you, it's all business.
If it was anything else, he would ask for a date. He has to keep it professional. If he touched himself there, it is just adjusting himself like most men do.
Do yourself a favor. Don't guess and try putting two and two together. Wait for an outright suggestion that he is interested. Stay focused on your workouts, and stop trying to read your trainer's mind.

NO honey he's not interested. He's just doing his job...
men scratch, tickle, hold and pat their privates all the time... rude ones do it in public.
his job is to make you want to have more and more PT sessions with him and spend more money.

That's gross, and many men have this habit, that's all. I think it's a horrible habit but many have it.
Personal trainers are known to be bid flirts. This is their part of a job. The more women like them the more they stay and pay them. It's the same as flirting bartenders. They are fishing for tip.
Don't listen to his compliments, and don't take them seriously.
