It is way to over the top. You can't buy romance. Try thinking small scale where you have really put thought into making it unique to show that you care.
I beleive that the presentation is more important than what the gift is. If you go too big then it becomes a flashy way of showing off the money you have and not love. Try a bouquet of roses and write something sweet for her. Your time put into it shows that you care far more than the money you put into it.
