Are you trying to get HIV? Or what is the reason for not using protection?
I will way this though there is a bigger chance of you getting a "simpler" STD then HIV, but you could easily end up with HPV, which in worse case scenario can cause cervical cancer. HPV is on the rise.
I think you are playing Russian Roulette with your life when not thinking before doing.

It's not highly likely but you should get yourself tested to be sure. Other STDs are much more prevalent (and generally more treatable).
More importantly you need to stop having unprotected sex. It's stupid to gamble with your health rather than spend $0.50 on a condom.

Yes and no. If you catch it you catch it, if you don't you don't. Your risk of catching HIV depends on how many HIV infected persons there are in your area and how likely you are to run into one of them. There's not many people at all with HIV in my city, and those who do have it are by law required to inform any partners about it. It is actually illegal in the USA, if I remember correctly, to have sex with someone without informing them about your HIV, especially unprotected sex. You can sue them and they will go to jail, if you have caught it. Because it is judged at the same level at attacking someone with the intent to kill them, if I remember correctly (saw a documentary about it).
However, you can easily get yourself tested. Which is definitely something you want to do anyway, as even if you don't get HIV you can get all sorts of other STI's that can permanently damage your health. There's not a cure for everything. Hepatitis B can be for life (and can kill you too), herpes is for life as well. Then there is Chlamydia that can make you sterile.. all sorts of nasties.
Hope you took an emergency contraceptive, but remember that the emergency contraceptive doesn't do anything if you are already pregnant...

a) stop doing this. condoms are cheap if you go the right places (planned parenthood, almost any college campus). you realize the danger, you take on the responsibility of protecting yourself.
b) you're probably ok, STDS like gonnherrea are more popular, but you need to get tested. I think that HIV is ne of those diseases that takes about 6 months to show up in screening but talk to a doctor/GYN about this.

I suspect that the chances of you having something more common are higher than HIV. But you need to get checked out, and soon. And please, PLEASE stop having unprotected sex.
Get checked out.
