Anyway, stained underwear this morning... not so much for a full ejaculation but not so little to be normal. Am i being paranoid to think it a sign of cheating? We havent had sex in a few days and he hasnt been masturbating. Also he has diarreah the past few days, would this stimulate the prostate?

Maybe he did masturbate when you weren’t around. Maybe he leaked a bit, perhaps during a sleep (perhaps because he’s not had sex or masturbated in a few days). Pre-cum could explain it, as Ivyblue said. Something could still have aroused him, which could well have been thoughts of you. Who knows! But if he was cheating, he’s not exactly covered his tracks very well. These things can just happen. I would say you have absolutely nothing at all to worry about.

 I doubt it. From what you have posted he may of enjoyed that massage a bit more than usual today, pre cum. As for him not masturbating, how do you know that he hasn't? Not being a smart arse but I don't advertised to my spouse each time I do. Having diarreah is probably more likely the reason he has not been wanting sex. I wouldn't be stressing myself, not yet anyway.
