Jewelry is fine as long as it is not something too expensive or extravagent. As the other posters said, something in the $50 or under catagory. Something in sterling silverlike a charm bracelet, or a beaded necklace would be fine.

I think it is a lovely idea as it is a special personal gift. I think probably around £50 if you are working. When I was 19 my boyfriend bought me a charm bracelet which he added to whenever we went somewhere and i had a wonderful bracelet full of beautiful memories. Anything which is a personal gift is a great idea. Absolutely NO kitchen items! xx

Jewelry is almost always a good gift idea. Obviously a ring wouldn't be the best choice if you've only been dating for a month, but a pair of earrings, a necklace, or a bracelet are all good gifts. I wouldn't spend a whole lot, just make sure it's not cheaply made. It depends on what your pattern has been in the relationship so far, if you guys go to fancy dinners, spend a lot of money, etc. then a more expensive gift might be expected. Personally though, I wouldn't expect you to spend more than like $50. I'm not really sure what that adds up to in your currency though. Good luck!
