most girls like older guys and most guys like younger girls. that's natural so I don't see anything wrong with it. 5 years is not too much unless you look younger than you are or he looks older than he is. in that case, people won't keep their mouths shut and they will manage to hurt you.

 I'm not sure of the legal age 100% in the USA, but I think it's 18? In that respect, yes it is wrong.
