You're right in thinking that two condoms will make it easier to break. Two condoms isn't better than one - what IS the best choice is using two contraceptives at once - a.k.a the pill/condom.

As long as you lubricate properly, one condom should be sufficient.
Two condoms may rub against each other, which could cause a breakage due to friction.
If you are really concerned about being doubley safe, a better idea would be to get on the pill as well as using a condom. That way you are protected even if the condom does break.

reader, anonymous, writes (18 August 2008): I know it sounds like a great idea when it comes to sex to use two condoms to have "Safer" sex, but it really isn't, it's actually much more dangerous, and higher chance of breaking. So no, only use one!

It makes the chance a lot higher that the condoms will break. One is enough and if you are worried then get on birht control your self as well. Also I really hope you are 15 and not 13 because 15 is better than 13 but still not great. I hope you and your friends were just talking about this and you aren't having sex.
