Well in response to some previous responders, I don't think this adult Kuwati male is likely to be impregnated, but he could, in rare circumstances, impregnate a woman while she is menstruating. It's just very unlikely, and if you spend any time researching biology, physiology or any number of other topics that address procreation in part, the matter is clear. It is possible to impregnate during a woman's menstruation, but that would be unusual.

You can still get pregnant on your period, and even if you might not get pregnant EVERY time you have sex without some sort of protection, that doesn't mean you should take the chan ce, because even if you don't get pregnant, you can still get or give diseases, of course, that's only if you or your partner have slept with multiple people.

And YES when you are pregnant, some people have regular 'periods' or bleeding throughout the pregnancy so they dont even know they are pregnant. A person of your age should know better!

I think you understand "safe" to mean "not conducive to pregnancy". It does not mean "not likely to give you a sexually transmitted disease".
And, since Mother Nature likes to play jokes on us, I would keep a condom handy anyways.
