USE A CONDOM!! its still possible for her to get pregnant if you dont!! use lots of lubricants too if this is her first time too it'l probably hurt like hell! take it easy on her. Good luck and enjoy!

One risk would be that you get a urinary tract infection from the fecal bacteria in her anus. The bacteria could potentially make their way up your urethra to your bladder.

You must wash the penis before any other type of sexual contact AFTER it has been in the anal canal. This includes oral, vaginal or manual (hands) contact.

And the person at greater risk is the receiver. The penis was designed to penetrate. The anus was not deigned to be penetrated. I'm not making judgments here, just sharing facts.
The last thing your girlfriend needs is anal tearing, which part from being uncomfortable on its own, also leaves you both vulnerable to infection.

Not really no. Unless you've gotten an STI from somewhere else in your life, like oral herpes or HIV, Hepatitis B or C and the likes of those, which you would have known about or noticed, then it's as safe as you can be.
If you worry about either of you having been exposed to an STI through childhood or sexual games (like rubbing, or handjobs, oral sex etc) then get tested before you have sex.

Yes - more so, in fact. Not only are you at risk of the same sexual diseases, but you are also risking bacteria getting into places where it shouldn't. This is not something you should at all be trying without a condom.
