 I'm not American but i can tell you that not all American girls are easy.
All girls are different, some will want to do things but others won't.
There are some easy french girls.
So no not all Americans will give oral out like candy.

 You know, this question made me remember something about my travels in Europe back when I was in my 20s. I remember thinking that guys in certain countries were absolute jerks. To me, their brains seemed to be between their legs, and they seemed to expect every girl they met to fall in bed with them.  HeyWell I think you can see why people (especially women) are extremely annoyed by this statement.This is just a generalization of women that has come about because now sex or anything isn't seen as something to do out of love but something to do to score points on some kind of invisable popularity chart.This isn't all women though, that is what you need to understand. You need to think before writing and write it in a more sensitive way. America has its fair share of "easy" slutty girls, but so do countries all over the world. Unfortunately our media doesn't help perceptions much. To answer your question, yes, there are many promiscuous girls who don't even consider blowjobs to be having sex, i.e. they could have blown any number of guys but still consider themselves virgins. Actually, before we pillory this young man for asking a question about sex on a sex and dating site, he does have some foundation for the question. In the news here, reports from respected news sources indicate that oral sex is considered not really having sex. Crazy as that sounds, in some teen groups, oral sex reportedly is not uncommon. The girls get to say that they are still virgins.

So if you believe news reports, teenage kids are sneaking around and fooling around sexually without their parents knowledge. Frankly, I think sexual experimentation has been going on in teens for years, it's just that there's more openness and the topic isn't as taboo as it once was. When I went to high school, a girl losing her virginity or being 'easy' was deemed a slut and was not respected by her peers. This attitude seems to me to have changed, and there is pressure now on teens to lose their virginity, otherwise they are considered NOT cool. I don't have any evidence to back that up, that's just personal opinion and observation.
But notice the news report is written about teens, and a small group of them that were examined. I have no way of knowing what women in their 20s are doing, nor would it be wise to make any type of broad generalization about an entire country's sex practices. For example, I have always heard that Frenchmen only want to do anal sex. They don't have any interest in regular vaginal intercourse and don't bother with giving oral sex to the women they are with. It's all about anal sex with Frenchman.
Do you see how idiotic that statement sounds? I'm exaggerating to make a point. If I were you, original poster, I would be VERY VERY careful about assumptions such as the one you seem to be making, or hoping is true. You can get yourself in a lot of trouble if you go in with preconceived notions that are based in the fantasies of reporters needing to write stories that will sell newspapers, or on-air reporters producing stories that will guarantee a certain number of viewers.

I think generalisations are great fun, don't get me wrong. I'm sat in England having a cup of tea as I type this.
But I don't think one particular country is more into a certain type of sex than the others.
I think it's just that they are on TV talking about it a lot so you get the impression that they are all doing it... probably while driving a humvee with no seatbelt and on a phone at the same time.
This is why I tell people to travel rather than have kids.
