It's possible :) as far as I am aware though, it requires incredibly regular nipple stimulation - i.e 'suckling'. It triggers an increase in the milk-producing hormone and after a lot of 'work' (but you can hardly call it work ;P..) you should eventually lactate. Obviously its not 100% possible for everyone but you should still have fun trying :D hope that helped
