I have never trusted the rhythm method. It is very old fashioned in my mind, and I guess why contraception was invented because people wanted something reliable. With the rhythm you have to be still open to the chance of pregnancy.
So in this day and age there is little point in taking risks.

No matter what happens you will always run a small risk of getting pregnant. Even with condoms they're 99% effective which means if you use them 100 times, they'll fail once.

No.
There are times during your monthly cycle when there is much less chance than others, but there is no time when you are absolutely safe.

This is not a very safe method and apart from pregnancy, please use a condom to avoid STD's and AIDS.

Anytime you have unprotected sex , you run the risk of getting pregnant.
There is no safe time . Better be safe than sorry.
If anyone tell you there is a 100% safe period,
you believed at your own perils!!!!
